Mock Guacamole

Mock Guacamole
6 servings
Ingredients
2 cups asparagus, cooked
1 tomato
1/3 cup onion, chopped
4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
6 drops Tabasco pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Place asparagus in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Mix with remaining ingredients.
