Super Salsa

Super Salsa
Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 small mild or sweet onion, chopped
3 tablespoons diced green chilies
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tablesppon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
Black pepper

Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. Blend or process briefly until blended.
Yield:2 1/2 cups of salsa
