Chicken Tostada

Chicken Tostada
Ingredients
1 flour tortilla (approximately 6 inch diameter)
3 oz. ground skinless turkey breast
1/2 medium fresh tomato
3 tbsp. low sodium salsa
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. canola oil
1 cup lettuce, romaine or lettuce of choice
Directions
Chop tomato and shred lettuce, set aside.
Heat oil in non stick skillet and cook ground turkey over medium heat with garlic and onion powders for about 10 minutes, or until cooked.
Stir in salsa; cook about 4-5 minutes more.
Warm tortilla(s) by placing in dry non stick skillet at medium heat; heat 1-2 minutes and turn; heat another minute until toasted.
Place tortilla (s) on a plate and spoon on turkey mixture. Top with lettuce and chopped tomato. Serve.
